Young @ heart
The Baptist Church is running a christian club for the uver 50's with the express intention of exploring our relationships with God, individually and collectively. It will be open to anybody who wishes to come along. The name expresses one of the essential elements of the club. It will be for those who though their body may be wearing down, their spirit is still young and active.
Come along and enjoy time together singing gold old fashioned hymns, with a topical message. Afterwards there will be opportunity for refreshments and further time for friendship together. Young @ heart is aimed not only for the Church but for the wider community and it is hopeful we will extend our activities to include such things as coach trips, etc.
Do you feel you would like to be involved in something new and exciting, where you can play an active part, then this is you chance. We hope you take the opportunity. God hopes you seize the moment, and discover more about how He can work in your life to bring purpose and joy.
